Sounds like a live call but badly reading a prepared script. States that or asks whether I have been involved in an accident.
Lillie replied 3/22/17, 10:40 AMI had 2 phone calls from this number both saying the same about an accident etc! I told them I was on the TPS register and they hung up! It's a scam as when you call it back it says number not recognised!!! -

Phone scam!
First they claimed to be my car insurance provider and asked questions regarding an incident.
When I asked them the name of the company he replied with 'your car insurance'.
So I asked again and suddenly got the reply that it is Caterpillar Advisory, an insurance advisor claiming I could get compensation for any incident in the past.
When I asked how they got my number, they hung up.
