Foreign man said he was from BT and I my internet connection has been hacked. Asked me to turn on my computer and all my problems would be solved!! Doubt that very much, said no thanks and hung up.

Called today. Heavy Indian accent and lots of Indian voices in the background. Said he was calling from BT Tech dept....yeah ok like I believe that. I told him he was in for a big surprise as we had traced his number and would take matters further as he had reached an internal secure line at Essex police headquarters(he hadn't) but he hung up really QUICKLY. It's about time BT stopped selling blocks of numbers to scammer scum. If they don't then we, as genuine customers, should be able to sue BT.
