This number rang and when answered a recorded message said it was NHS saying they would normally leave an automated message if they can't get in touch with the caller. It sounded like spam and I put the phone down. A genuine caller would not give out all the spiel.
I was waiting for a call from NHS North Cumbria in the near future and this is the situation they can catch you unawares and no doubt try to charge you at a premium rate to phone back. Take care.
