They just hang up. Time after time they call and just hang up. It seems they want people to call them back so they don't have to pay large phone bills.

Can anyone help me? Please!
This number is harassing me. Ignore or block is not because my phone can not do that and I need my phone professionally. As soon as I take off at this point, will be launched. A recall is not answered and it is always busy.

I received a number of phone calls today from them so I phoned them. It was someone called Dominic sounded legit just wanted to ask a few questions.
