I have blocked this number on my mobile (The calls still come up in my call log) and so far they have called me 29 times today alone and it's not yet 4pm.
I called the number using my land line (withholding my number)
It is 'First Utility', obviously trying to sell me energy. I now would not use them even if they were giving it away! constant harassment!
