calling in relation to a road traffic accident. the file shows vehicle damage it could be minor it could be major couldn't give any details with regards to insurance company or police crime number. asked her to send me full details of the insurance said she would send the insurance company a mandate to release this information and call back. said they were just a feedback company making calls to check people were happy with the work carried out on their vehicle repair. called back on this number after I blocked the first one
