Clearly had been given information and the person who answered the call cleverly tried to disguise the fact that this was a cold call on the chance that they could make an accident claim, tried to make out it was on behalf on my insurer to make sure i had received good service! Very clever idea, but didn't fool me one bit as most major insurance companies will do this themselves and not employ a 3rd party to this for them!

Scumbag scouser called my mobile phone, he knew my name, said he was from "Follow Up Sevices' regarding "a car accident" that I had been involved in "in the past three years". I didn't let him finish told him to "Fuck off and leave me alone", then Blocked the number.
