Received a call last week claiming to be from BT and today received a call claiming to be Virgin Media, need my pc on to address problems with service connections. Must think we are all stupid.

They call to say I issues with my BT broadband but then got VERY abusive when i told him my number was registered with tps and he was breaking the law and that I was wasting his time as he was mine. I'm a "Richard Head" and a "female dog" amongst other names.

Called twice by this number asking me to re-set router settings. Pretended to be BT and Open Reach.
Good idea to check caller's number and then Google it!

01251 478521 have called 3 times pretending to be BT OUTREACH and want me to turn on my PC. tHEY CLAIM TO BE SITED next to the BT Building in London !
