Called on our TPS registered line from a predictive dialler (i.e. we pick up the phone, say "Hello" and give our company name, then there is silence until the call is actually connected with a sudden burst of call-centre noise and a voice says "Hello?").
Claimed to be calling "On behalf of The Trade Directory", yadda-yadda-yadda.
Hung up after a few seconds, as couldn't be bothered to listen to yet another heavily-accented drone stumbling through his script at us, down a crackly VoIP line from Mumbai.
