Second call from this number. Like the first, caller said she was calling from Major Law about a traffic accident during the last two and a half years. I said this wasn’t correct. She said they wouldn’t call again, this was said the first time too.

'Just to close a file about an accident in the last 24 months...' - I've not had an accident, and when I stressed she should have checked my opt-out status with the telephone preference service before calling, she was rude and spoke over me that I should check it myself/ make sure I have actually done it and then hung up.
