Wanted a contact within our company, gave them a generic email as they seemed very push and rushed. The person who answered to her told me "I can't get her off the phone, can you please take over". So that should speak for itself... I had to ask what the purpose of the call was twice and all i got was "we need the email to contact about changes" so sounds dodgy to me.
