2 Unsolicited calls in 2 days on our ex directory landline no. asking me to go to my computer; connect to the internet so that the caller could help me with what I assume was a virus clearance issue. Having said that, the line was very bad and difficult to understand what he was saying. I asked him not to ring again.

These are the same people who used to call up pretending to be Talk Talk and say that your computer has a virus etc. This time they didn't mention Talk Talk, but the name above. I said I didn't deal with them and they said it was because I used Windows. I said that they weren't Microsoft. They have foreign/asian accents. I have only received calls like this since Talk Talk was hacked. I blocked them with Call Blocker, but they seem to call back using a multitude of numbers.
