Usual "our records indicate" scam. They use random number calling systems with no regard for the relevance of their call or the accuracy of the data used.
Claims not to be "selling you anything" but the call is a lead generator through fishing for information they do not have.
Ofcom & the Legal Society should be tracing these guys to shut them down.
However while they use a "UK" number on caller Id there is no sign of them actually being in the UK where the call center orginates
