Investigator Mr Donnelly reported number +441267244803 as unknown
I have just received a call from this number. I picked up and there was nobody there - just a beeping noise after I'd said hello twice. This is the third call like this from a number with this dialing code (Carmarthen) in the past few weeks.

Despite registering with TPS I still have received a call from these. Told the caller this and they said they screen their numbers very carefully. Have reported them on complaints on TPS website and blocked their number. They called me from 01267226773.

A young Welshman phoned my mobile today. After an unusual and suspicious delay ("Hello? Hello? HELLO?") he introduced himself as representing Winchester and Deakin and said that the call concerned my credit or some such nonsense. Anyway, I'd stopped listening by this time and gave him my usual " I'm sorry but we don't know each other and I never do business over the phone anyway," but he interrupted me (me, the potential client, I suppose!) to say that he would "not be spoken to like that" and would get a colleague to phone me later. Hilarious (or sinister?)
