This number calls both my land line and mobile at least 4 times (each) per day 7 days a week and has done so for 4 weeks. So far l have been unable to have it blocked.

Ok Aqua may seem good if your credit is low but simply they're not worth it, they charge lots of interest and sometimes do not take your payment (happened to me) then charge you £12 and call you 20 times in a day to recover the money.
