They called with details of a traffic accident I was involved in, saying I hadn't claimed for personal injury (because I wasn't injured) and the deadline for claiming was coming up. I explained I was on TPS and he said he had TPS numbers every week and my number wasn't on the list. This is a lie as I am still current with TPS. He said the third party insurers or my insurers had shared the information. He had a massive argument with me and then cut me off. I am furious as the other party is currently suing me for a personal injury he didn't receive and that he didn't mention for at least a year afterwards.

This number called at 12.55 p.m. 22.1.2014 - didn't answer but did 1471 afterwards. I don't know anybody with an Ammerdale code. I am in TPS but it makes no difference. There needs to be a central data-base and legislation to prosecute these nuisance callers and scammers.

I never answer numbers i dont recognise, if its legit they will leave a message, but this number never does. A mate of mine said to me, next time they ring answer it and say "its done, but there,s blood everywhere" and hang up. Or answer it and just leave it, dont say anything, let them waste there own time.49u56

they rang to have my hearing checked so I can claim industrial deafness, rang 5 mins later different person to book me in, even though I told them I was not interested.

Just received call from this number 17/01/2014 17:15. Man with Asian accent, said he was calling from the Industrial Workers Union based in the town where I live. Asked if I or my husband (I don't have one) have ever been industrial workers. I asked where he got my number from as I am ex directory and in TPS and he hung up.

They called early this eve for the third time this week. Caller said "I'm calling cos you had an industrial accident luv " to which I replied " no I haven't.... Luv" Unsurprisingly they called again an hour later. I am also on TOS.

This number has called me a couple of times. I don't answer my land line any more because of unwanted callers, even though I'm on TFS, When I pressed re-dial it came up as 'number not recognized' Who is this??????
