This number is to do with the Create & Craft channel on Sky. They are calling genuinely and I have just asked why they contacted me; I did purchase an item from the Channel and the opening offer is to receive a £10 free voucher to use on the channel, which is legitimate BUT once you click on the option to receive it, it seems to spark umpteen calls to offer you anything else that is going. I'm sure the offers are ok and are relative to what I bought perhaps, but this was to offer me money off shops, etc... Sounds probably good, but not willing to sign up for anything that I may forget to cancel at a later date.
I have changed my contact number on their site to a number I rarely use as working from home, I don't want bothering and after 3 call attempts in 5 minutes, I was a little frustrated with the call centre person!! -

I've had 3 calls today alone from this number. I work from home and currently have a problem with a strained back. By the time I've stopped what I'm doing, turned down the volume on whatever music I'm listening to, and hobbled to the phone, there's no-one there. They're driving me absolutely mad.
I'm a member of the Create and Craft Club and have been for years, it's run by Ideal World. I had a phone call last week possibly from this number, from a person calling apparently from Ideal World, trying to interest me in a monthly payment for some club to save money which I refused. The woman who spoke to me appeared to think I'd only just ordered my first item from C&C, though I've been ordering for my business for at least 6 years, so their info is all to pot. They're driving me nuts! -

I bought something on Ideal world and would Never buy another thing from them, telephone calls all the time. taken my name and address off their site and also closed my account with them, but still get phone calls and I live in FRANCE !! nightmare. had the product delivered to my daughters house and still getting mail from other companies, they SELL on your address.

May I make a suggestion. What I do with all these nusience calls is I log them into my contacts on my mobile and put the word SPAM. When I see this I don not bother answering. Eventually it stops. Obviously one cannot do this with their landline. The area code for this number is Brighton.

I am a pensioner who did not need what they were offering and now they refuse to give me a refund. I have written two letters to them. Still waiting for a reply to my second letter. -

one of those calls where no-one is there when you answer, when I dialled the number there is a message stating they are Rocket Marketing Group, googled them, it turns out they are calling on behalf of JML. I ordered a product from JML 2 days ago that hasn't even arrived yet and I ALWAYS tick the 'no third parties or contact regarding other product' boxes for the specific reason I don't get hassled. -

Ringing me twice a day. Very annoying. Logged in to my bid.tv account and amended my marketing settings. Hopefully this should stop the issue. Unfortunately, there's no option to specify telephone, mail, e-mail. I'm only annoyed with the phone calls, and by turning off marketing I'm stopping it all, which is a shame.

They're a Telemarketing company affiliated with TV auctions (Ideal World/Bid Up TV). If you have ordered with one of these companies they'll keep your details on file and try and offer you a membership for future discounts. I asked them to remove my details and they were fine with this.

My poor husband suffers early onset dementia. He recently bought some sun tan lotion off Ideal World. Now we are being bombarded with nuisance calls from 01273647939 and soon I suspect others. I'm so terrified he will be bullied into buying more stuff that I have had to take our debit card from him. Because he bought the stuff with our card over the phone I am a at a loss to see how I can get our details removed from their marketing lisst. I can see no end to this. My only hope is that our phone provider will agree to block this number...
