Energy Green Deal - she said this was the company name though I can't find it on Google. Phoned to offer me a fully qualified surveyor to check my windows and doors for any unnecessary heat loss and just leave me that information, plus if there's anyone between ages of 58 and 85 living in the house we will also qualify for 'the funding', just to keep for the future as a sort of lifeline if you like if we do decide to change anything in the future. She did give me their office number, which was the same as 1471 gave, so it does sound genuine - apart from the fact that we're TPS registered so I will be reporting them. She was very polite and didn't push at all when I said I'd have to think about it and ring them back - if I have time it might be interesting to see what happens on the survey.
