If these ring I just say, ''You'll have to speak up I can't hear very well''. This usually goes on for a while and they end up talking to me VERY slowly and quite loudly. They never seem to understand I'm winding them up. Not the sharpest tools in the box!

Tried the old Noisy environment trick explained that iam on TPS service didn't seemed bothered. More interesting they had recorded the call without asking for my permission a big at the start of call a real big NO NO ( I had to ask them if it was recorded or not) oh well OFCOM in the morning !

Absolutely shit company. Used to work for them, shit wage, shit training, shit job, they force us to book old vulnerable people in for free hearing tests, at the end of it the clients all get ripped off and have to pay £££ for insurances and other costs. And the end result is crap. They get £1000-£3000 when promised a lot more! This company is just shit and keeps trading under different names auto avoid paying tax. The company has now closed down, but will be opening another firm very soon! So beware!

This company is fake, having worked for this company for a bit, I can honestly say they are money grabbers who don't pay tax or national insurance for any employee. The call staff were lovely and were only doing as asked of them by the incompetent management.they are currently being investigated by the job centre and HMRC.absolute disgrace the way they have treat people

Where shall I start? Used to work for this company. Absolute shit company to work for. No respect whatsoever towards each other and manager on other hand thinks he's better than other people! Pipe down. This company should be on TV, don't even have the licence to trade anything. Reason why they change there name? Legal claimz to legal marketing fraud fiddling!!!! One of the reasons why police came down and manager refused to admit that he's in charge. Shut down for this company soon! Earn £140 per person for training and no CBR done whatsoever. There could be a convict working with you! Don't pay tax whatsoever that's why you keep changing your name! Yasser you better get your priorities straight or jail for you soon :)

Got a call from a man with strong northern accent he asked for me by name. He said that they believe that I had worked in a noisy environment. When I told him I hadn't he asked what jobs I had done since leaving school. He than asked if I had ever worked in a noisy job, I told him no, he then just cut me off. I cannot stand ignorance and bad manners he shouldn't be ringing anyone with the attitude he has, prat!

Saturday afternoon at 14:20, a young man from "National Hearing Centre" asked for me by name and said he was calling to confirm if someone in the household had ever worked in a noisy environment. Had a similar call from "National Hearing Centre" on another number in June 2014. They said they were based in South Yorkshire, yet the number then was local to me in a town in North Yorkshire. (No doubt trying to hide their location & real identity.) I told them then that as TPS registered they shouldn't have phoned and not to phone again. Reported them last time, and will do so again.

Had 2 call from this company in the last couple of days. First one was a missed call so I redialled and it just went one ring and then nothing/ Ran today Saturday 4th October 12:15. Asked for me by name adn then said she was from the National Hearing company. We are TPS so they need putting out of business.
Did a 1471 and got this number and rang it. Same thins one ring and then nothing.
Looks like a set of scammers.

Spoke to a rude guy called Steve Hall - don't believe that this was his name but he says that as they aren't selling anything then TPS doesn't apply - yes it does.
Give then short shrift if they ring you and report them to TPS -

Very rude caller, advised we had TPS and to remove our details. He just talked over me until I said very clearly that they are to remove our number from their database. His response - 'with you speaking to me like that Madam, then definitely not'. So even a direct instruction to remove our details was overridden. I will be pressing the button on the personal attack alarm next call.

This company rang just 30 minutes after me making an appointment to have my hearing tested at specsavers.Coincidence,l dont think so.l believe that someone passed on my details but wow that was quick.l will be having a few choice words if this is so.Very pushy salesperson but l still told him where to get off.

I am registered with TPS.
I spoke to a supervisor, who told me they were not selling anything so were not covered by TPS. Eventually I persuaded him that they were selling a service i.e. work-related deafness claims with fees generated by successful claims.
The conversation was friendly and informative. The supervisor was convinced that his company was not covered by the TPS. I suggested he look at the ICO website to see the size of the fines given to companies making unsolicited calls to numbers registered with TPS.jents replied 9/17/14, 3:58 PMCold callers try to get around the rules by using survey services or free initial consultations etc. Governments repeatedly resist the evidence and opinions of regulators and consumer groups, refusing to ban cold calling. Business interests take priority over protecting consumers. -

I hadn't read comments until I told a friend of mine i had been for a hearing test around 5 month ago, and he advised me to read them. To my amazement its the same company i had dealt with. Sonia was polite on the initial call when asking criteria questions and when i declined to confirm my d.o.b she was happy for me to confirm this on the day. Last week i collected a cheque for just over £5,900. These guys are just doing their job, we know endless calls can be a nightmare. Keep up the good work.
