    These people phoned when I was out recently and spoke to my daughter. They said there was a problem with our internet connection. Tried again this morning and told me my router was insecure! Told them to send a new one and hung up.

    Yet again a call from someone who said he was from TalkTalk. I've had these calls before and been told by TalkTalk that they never phone their customers. This has been going on for months. I've not blocked the number. It was easy to know that he was not from TalkTalk since he did not speak with very good English.

    Caller claimed to be from BT saying that our internet connection had been compromised and was insecure. She was going on to ask me to do things on my computer without following any security procedure so I rang off.
