Left message with national research centre as requested to take part in research by letter.
Received call asking what my query was. The survey details not available on line.
They will call back. I tried to get these people by phone 08006520201 and waited in queue and when I got to the front said we are not taking further calls. The letter requesting the survey seems legitimate but I don't know if this is a scam or the research body are seriously disorganised. If legitimate they need to get a grip. -

They called because I haven't done an online survey they wrote to me about, but I didn't answer. If they write to you about an online survey and you don't want them to call, maybe just do the online survey, they reward you after all.
