It's auto direct. I had 3 years free cover with them as part of my car finance agreement. They keep ringing asking for me and declaring my make and model of car and then hanging up. Wish they wouldn't hang up so I can tell them to do one. I had the best policy from from them which covered everything except for tyres, air filters, spark plugs and oil and when my suspension coil snapped they refused to pay for it.

i Bought a car with a warranty 3 years ago, with Auto Protect, paid aprrox £750 for 3 years cover, a pulley went on my car & was leaking water into the engine, car was barely 3 yr old, This wasn't covered apparently - cost me £350 to repair!!!!! total waste of money this company!! If only it could be made more public for people not to take out warranties with these cowboys!!

This number keeps ringing my mobile everyday and when I did answer they just asked to speak to me then hung up. They obviously want to sell me a quote for warranty as it is due to run out. Wish they would just give up as clearly I'm not interested.

Autoprotect is a waste of money. When I bought my car I was told they cover everything provided you take your car to a vat registered garage.
1. Most garages are not vat registered.
2. The ones who are does not recognise this company so they are not willing to cover the warranty.
3. So far I had only Halfords who cover the warranty Autoprotect covers, but I asked to change the engine support on my car as advised by Nissan but they said this is not covered.. So my £500 is gone waste.
