Some kind of A.I. or recorded message. Voice says it's "Mark, your local energy advisor", but is then unable to answer any direct question. When you speak the machine is selecting the next message to play you... ie "I am calling today about your loft insulation." A scam or phishing for information to be sure. Avoid.

Seemed to be based in India, they pretended to be from Sky, offering me a 40% discount on my bill. The first red flag appeared early in the call. After agreeing to the discount, they passed me to a “supervisor” to approve the deal, which immediately seemed suspicious. This handoff was the clear giveaway that it was a scam.
