Caller asked if I was (Christian name) and identified himself as Jason, didn't quite catch the name of the company. Assured me he wasn't trying to sell me anything but that he was calling to review my life insurance provision etc was all in order. (In other words, he was hoping to persuade me to buy some more). When I said "so you are basically cold calling me?" he admitted he was, so I pointed out that my number is registered with the TPS, so he wasn't supposed to be cold calling it, when he started to argue, again using my Christian name (which annoys me intensely from strangers like him)I said goodbye and put the phone down. Yes, he is trying to sell me something, I wasn't born yesterday!

Called re: life insurance, he said it had come to an end, I said it started 2 months ago, he said he knew so he was calling to make sure it was okay. I said he changed what he originally called for and he was very rude in his response and spoke to me like an idiot.
