Call to my private mobile - line not the best and the caller had a very thick probably West African accent, so I had significant difficulty in making sense of what he was saying, why he had called and what he wanted. Just could not make out whom he represented - he kept repeating that all he wanted to ask me was two questions and asked me to confirm my (correct) identity and address, which he said he had found in the public domain. He eventually got impatient before ending the call. Rated number as a 9 in view of caller's apparent inability and/or unwillingness to explain himself coherently. Is it possible for overseas numbers to somehow use a UK number to appear local?
