   Caller said he could reduce my bill, but they did not know that I worked for Bt and what he was saying was a load of rubbish.
   Told him I was not interested, but he still keep trying, have blocked this number now.

   Caller assumed it was a BT line; it never has been. Explained it was a VoIP number and he decided to abandon the call saying he would update his records. Really? Further calls blocked.

   purports to be on behalf of Openreach. Some story about buisness line price increases every 3 - 6 months. Wanted to change billing provider. Highly persistent and in end I told him to p£££ off.
