Yesterday I upgraded my phone on the Carphone Warehouse website. This was a lady called Amy asking if I'd managed to sort my upgrade and what data I'd got for my new plan. She said it was a courtesy call asked for no personal details and as my tariff was slightly different she updated the details on the system. Told me to have a good weekend! End of call.
