Amy from Supreme Homes called me originally from 001786 - 601 000 (a Stirling area code), about replacement windows, and claimed that they were exempt from TPS. Although I said I wasn't interested, I subsequently received at least two follow-up calls from this Dundee area number.
They may claim they're exempt from TPS, but I've reported them to ICO anyway. -

Said they were calling from "energy research Scotland" and would organise for Penicuik to come and quote for windows which they would be paying 70% of - can't find this organisation online anywhere so guess it's just a misleading sales tactic for above!

Persistent calls to my very elderly mother telling her about their eco scheme. Asked lots of questions re windows, doors etc and she'd qualify for a new door. Convinced her to make an appointment. Luckily I was there during one call. They wouldn't take no for an answer .Asked how they got her number as TPS registered. Told them NOT to contact my Mum again but he kept going on and I felt really intimidated and anxious. Had to hang up!

Have missed calls in the past from this number, just picked up and they told me they wanted to tell me about eco schemes, said I wast interested but they kept on, wanted to know how many windows I had and when I was going to replace them etc, asked how they got my number (as ex dir and TPS reg) and they said as they werent selling anything it didnt apply, I kept saying (politely) I wasnt intrested and she started to get rude, eventually I hung up
job replied 6/10/15, 7:45 PM"Jade" just called me again, told her again, politely, that I really wasnt interested and she slammed the phone down on me, just reported them to the TPS -

They asked if I was Mr ..... I asked who was calling and they hung up.
Very rude and unprofessional - didnt give me a chance to tell them to go away. ;-(topman replied 5/13/15, 4:56 PMI just had over 10 calls.
I could hear swearing in the background. I thought it was a wind upfrom a friend.

Called this morning said he was from Penicuik and his company were in my area. Kept asking how old my windows and doors were. Told him I wasn't interested but he was persistent. Ended up putting the phone down. Extremely annoying.
