   Called to offer free follow up appt. after completing health and wellbeing survey (a lie). Knew of my wifes medical condition, how? Other numbers for these parasites 01382250757, 01382677024, 01382250760, 01382622124, 01382250087. No reply from any of them. Reported to TPS, Information commissioners Office , Which, and warned the local doctors surgeries to warn vulnerable patients.

   Said my wife had filled out a survey which she hadn't. Told him she was out and he would need to speak to her so he hung up abruptly. Horrible company - look them up on the internet!

   Very polite caller said I had completed a health survey a year ago. Told him I don't do surveys and they should get their money back from whoever gave them my name and phone no. Nuisance call.

   Just called . Exactly the same as other posts telling me I had completed a survey which I hadn't. With TPS so put phone down on them but why haven't they been stopped as they have been doing this for the past year.

   Claimed I had completed a survey about arthritis. I had not. Accused me of being rude when I asked who they were - said they were an"organisation" and not a company. Would not say who they were working for.

   Caller claimed I had filled in a form about my health. I had not. They wanted to verify my address, but I told them nothing. I was outraged as we are registered with the TPS.

    lies lies lies!!! i did not fill in a questionaire i did not say i had aches and pains and yes they are trying to sell me something when they say they are not. beware these people are not only lying as it is health they are dangerous to your health and wealth.

    Called themselves 'Pure Independence' and insisted I had completed a postal health and wellbeing survey 12 months previously, which is nonsense. Caller was reasonably polite and rang off when asked to. I suspect they target the elderly or people who wouldn't remember whether they had completed a survey. Don't know what they were selling, could be anything from bogus medication to a security system. Don't fall for it.
