This lot rang me this afternoon, telling me that they were ringing in response she to a questionnaire that had been filled in 18 months ago and named my grandmother as the person who had completed the questionnaire. The girl got quite stroppy with me when I told her I found that hard to believe. I then pointed out that my grandmother had been dead for the last 6 years, so unless she’d been communicating from the other side, I figured that their data was considerably out of date. She hung up. They are clearly ringing round the elderly hoping to convince them to buy their products to help relieve their aches and pains. It’s a despicable practice!

Caller stated that I or my husband had completed their medical information sheet within the last 12/18 months, which we had no knowledge of. He then went onto what aches and pains we suffer with, as this was part of their survey. Again we asked how they had our ex-directory telephone number, which he refused to answer. He was very persistent and we are concerned of a confidentiality breach of our personal medical information. We subsequently visited reviews of their website and comments about this companies supposedly being connected to the NHS?

I recieved a call from this number and I'm glad I did. My elderly mother had been in pain for many years and after coming to her house I purchased a therapy pad and my mother has seen tremendous benefits. I don't know why this company has any negative reviews at all. Then again, so do even Apple and Microsoft.

Rang my mother pitching doing market research to try a knee pad and give opinion but actually selling. Claimed got my mother’s details from a questionnaire she filled in. She didn’t. He said they would send a caller to the house. Now how have they got her address with neither of us giving the details. Will send them packing if they turn up

Called my mother and used her first name. She passed the telemarketer for Pure Independence to me - a bullying and aggressive pitch falsely claiming we had completed a survey last year and demanding to know why I would not let Malcolm come and ask my mother to test out various pads and cushions. I told him not to call back. Pressuring bully approach - very pushy, Disgraceful.
Unfortunately so angry replied 12/30/19, 6:34 PMSame happened to my mum but she actually purchased mattress costing £1500. Didnt tell any of us until it had arrived. Trying to do something about it but dont think I can as they gave 7 days cooling off. She hates this mattress -

Another con artist of the criminal persuasion. one of the hoards of immigrants from the Indian continent. It is bad enough being harassed by your own people but to have immigrants getting in on the act is beyond a joke. I am plagued by people trying to extort money out of me.

No Idea what this loony wanted but whatever it was he rang the wrong number when he rang me. These criminals are entering my home without my permission.
