The caller knew the address and alleged that I had been involved in a road accident. This was untrue. When I dialled 1471, the number was local (Dunfermline). A recording said this was a marketing call and none of the agents were available. Some kind of scam!

Called to speak with my husband regarding an incident in the last 2.5 years. Not been involved in anything. I only answered it as the code showed as a local number. When I asked to be removed from list and requested not to be called again the man became abusive and rude. He had a Liverpool accent. Would not tell me the name of the company he was calling from.
