Bad line and almost unintelligible guy at the other end. Took me 3 goes before I heard the words PPI, then told him I was at work and I hung up. The guy didn't even seem to know what he was saying when I asked what he was calling for. Script based nuisances.

This company uses an automatic dialling system. After I answered, it took a few seconds before an employee answered. He sounded East Asian but said he was in the UK although he refused to say exactly where. As soon as he said PPI claim I stopped him and said I've claimed all mine back about four years ago, using Martin Lewis's website which offered the same service for free. This tripped him up because usually they read from a script. He tried to persuade me that there was bound to be compound interest that was missed but I said that I used a calculator to work out how much extra money was owed and the bank had agreed to my demand. Next he said that his company might have some other service I'd need (a sign of desperation) but I said that it was unlikely. I asked him if there was anything I could help him with but he said no and hung up.

Called me offering PPI insurance claim. I agreed for them to send me information pack and gave them my name and address. They kept insisting I also provide them with my date of birth without being able to give a valid reason. I told them giving them my DOB was out of question and that did not need it to send me a pack. Despite this they kept pushing it and finally I just hang up. I would not trust them
