Hey, at least he didn't claim to be from Microsoft this time! Very imaginitive conflation of two technical sounding phrases but utterly nonsensical and a complete pack of lies.

So , to all the telecomm companies - just why is it that you can't blacklist and filter out all known scam numbers? If we can blacklist email addresses it should be easier to do it with phone numbers. And why won't out politicians insist on dealing with these parasites. They're committing fraud, plain and simple.
