this company have called me 8 times since the start of September i have answered it once and they are cold calling for ppi claim i told them if they called me again i would complain to the financial ombudsman and hung up

I have received 3 calls from these people. On the 8th, 9th and 10th recently. I didn't bother answering as the last time i picked up one of their calls a while back, they told me I'd been involved in a RTA and did i want to claim compensation??!!! Told them I don't even drive and Hung up on her.

Just received a call from this number....i never answer numbers i dont recognise or withheld numbers. Best thing to do is block them if its on your mobile. If they just use other numbers to call you from i find the best thing to do is answer and put the phone down preferably by the TV or radio. Anyone who genuinly needs to speak to me can leave me a message.....Damn pests!

If you want to waste their time then ask for their full name and post on sites like this. Everyone can give them a call sometime. Daniel Stanbury Taunton office would I'm sure like to receive a call. Same number - just ask for him. I've also complained to the ICO (give them names of individuals as well as the company). Solicitor's letter re harassment calls next.

PPI protestion claiming agency. Stating that my number was past on to them because PPI was added to a loan that I had in the past 25 years. I said i didn't have a loan and had never taken a loan in my life. Then he said it doesn't have to be a loan, it could be credit card payment protection or store card or mortgage.
They are basically trying to find customers who wants to try and find people who've taken PPI and get them to claim for misselling from the bank.
I have added their number to my list of time wasters. so that next time I don't pick up the phone. -

Called and asked for my husband, when I did not confirm and asked what regarding he replied "Due to Data Protection cannot discuss". DPA does not apply for prospecting so told him where to go and get a proper job not bothering people. Give them the abuse they deserve!

Messages left several calls in 2 days. Called them back finally, to hear message open from 11 am, funny when call came to me at 10.30! I finally managed to speak to a girl . She said only called you three times and I said don't care you are calling and leaving messages, and it's more than that. She said you calling us a lot today and I said yes, to speak to one of you. Told her I want my number removed as feeling like harassment.

Called me to sell me payment protection plans and credit insurance?!! Couldn't tell me how they got my number.
yesman replied 7/2/15, 2:20 PMthey are a claims management company so they would in no way be trying to sell you any insurances because that is not what they do, infact its the opposite, trying to help you re claim your money. the only thins they can sell will be a service...Many of these companies source their data from lifestyle surveys and questionaires, the only reason you would be getting these 'invited' calls (*not cold) is because you have taken part in something like this. All in all if you dont want the calls dont do the surveys :) -

Had numerous calls from this number. They never leave a message. Unfortunately, if I perchance pick up any of these nuisance calls I simply tell them where to get off. On the other hand if I'm in the mood I just play along and waste some of their time. At least then they are not bothering anyone else!!

This company has some how got hold of my mobile number? They are calling 2 to 3 times a day & usually hang up if I answer. I am really fed-up with them does anyone know how to block their calls?
marie replied 8/26/14, 2:36 PMI have an app from play store called blocker. you can add your preferred contacts to a white list and others like the above company to a black list. You can choose to hang up as your reply. you dont hear your phone ring, just a little beep. I get to many cold calls on my mobile and this handy little app deals with them all. -

I have received many calls from this number and others. I now take advantage of my caller display and only answer calls when i recognise name or number. The call then goes to my answer machine and the caller discontinues the call. I always find out who has called by dialling 1471. I have all these nuisance calls logged. I reccommend this method as the calls have decreased

I've had this number call me and have told them I have no ppi and asked them to stop calling me but they have called again 5/6 times a day for 2 weeks. Gladly I have a blocker on my phone to block the call but it tells me the number and time. But it's a pain when I've asked them to stop and they still try. It's passing me off tbh. Getting them on my phone and on mobile. Should be new laws fining people who harass people all day every day.
