Well, idiot, this is Oklahoma and businesses can do whatever the hell they want because the SoS's Office has been bought and paid-for. Solution: Leave Oklahoma and never come back. somehow someone bought a car and they got my number by mistake, they just dont stop calling every month 2-3 times
I have requested tens of times to stop calling me and they dont stop.
