2k secured funding for homeowners I my area to replace Windows and doors as part of an energy recycling scheme. Was unable to tell me who was providing this money, no details at all to give me and didn't know name of company as she had only just started there. Do not answer.

When asked the caller couldn't tell me the address of the company although eventually said it was Erskine House in Clydebank but she didn't know the street etc. I did ask how she found her way to work but the answer was that she walked! Apparently there was "funding available" and when asked who funded it she said "scrappage windows".

Fishing for information on dates that doors, windows, guttering, boiler etc. had been changed. Clearly looking for information so that they can either inundate with unwanted phone calls/unsolicited mail or to sell onto other companies.
