I answered the home phone, and the caller claimed to be from Scottish Power, asking if I was the homeowner. After I confirmed and challenged him about why he was calling, he immediately hung up. I strongly dislike unsolicited calls, and this number should be blocked permanently as a nuisance or potential scam.
