Long call claiming to be carrying out survey for govt.Told repeatedly to write or email, not answering questions to a random caller. Told me they were just around the corner(I'm in W Yorks). When challenged that he was on a Glasgow number, said no actually ringing from Scotland!! Was extremely bullying/harassing.Wouldn't take no for an answer and wouldn't go away.Argued with me for almost 10 minutes. Extremely patronising.
