after posting a recorded delivery letter to VM complaints department,got a phone call from these people pretending to be an independant adjudication services that vm uses for some complaints.Blatant lies,tried to email vm ceo but his email address has been deleted.anybody have one that works

This is BPO collections bunch of total morons. They claim that you have debt from a virgin media account, thing is ive never been with virgin media nor would I want to. Appears they work from very old records from previous tenants. Number promptly blocked. Reported as well as they continue to ring all the time. Why cant these people get real jobs.

Have had countless calls from this number, even after instructing them to remove my telephone number from their database... only to be called from the same company 20 minutes later. They are posing as a debt collection agency working on behalf of Virgin Media.. funny thing is... I've never had an account with VM yet apparently I'm in debt. CON ARTISTS!
