I answered a call days ago and Vodafone were trying to sell me a new phone. I told them thank you but iI wasn't interested at this time, they are still insistent on phoning despite this and didn't hold off on phoning whilst I was in France on holiday too!

I talked to them and they try to get you to pay 20-25 a month for a phone that is essentially a smaller version of a good phone, that isnt nearly as good as the phone they will compare their pitch too. If you say you cant afford it, they will quote you a cheaper earlier model which is even worse (according to reviews i checked). In other words, they are trying to convince you that you are getting a good deal on a relatively crap phone that isnt nearly worth that price. If the product and deals they were offering were that good, they wouldnt need to phone you, let me put it that way.

Take back my earlier report. The call claims to be Acquirer calling on behalf of Vodafone and leaves a voicemail message. Having invited you to call if you are interested further they still call back leaving a voicemail message.

Caller claimed to be calling on behalf of Vodafone. However they did the decent thing and left a message to identify themselves.

had a call from these guys who said they were vodafone, offered me an iphone 5c for under £30! so i thought id hear them out and so glad i did. it arrived in 2 days via courier so couldnt be happier.
