Pennine Housing are using this number for an autodialler.
It has made several silent calls and one successful call to me.
When put through to a representative i was tole they were having "teething trouble" and that the dialler was making calls that it shouldn't have.
I felt very distressed, i have complained to pennine housing and have reported the silent calls to ofcom. I suggest you do the same.
