Caller said I was due an early upgrade from Vodafone. He started to take me through a security process and asked for part of my PIN number. I asked how I could know he was genuinely from Vodaphone and not a random Halifax location. He said he would send a text to prove it & call back. No text, no callback.

offering discounts and upgrades when asked 3 times what he was going to knock off my bill he then said it doesn't work like that and hung up
