Ambulance chasing. I had a small car shunt in December 2013. They presumably want me to make a claim for injuries that didn't happen - even though it is now September 2014. If you speak to them that's what they want you to talk about.
Be very careful. I've heard of people who unwittingly say they are interested and get charged legal fees.
