Although they described themselves as in Hereford (my home city) they're actually located at: Blithfield Park Farm Business Units, Off Lea Lane, Admaston, Rugeley, Staffordshire, WS15 3NL Judging by the background hubbub, the call centre is further away than that. It's a pitch to stick solar panels on your roof, and, if the amount of times "legislation" and "government" was mentioned is anything to go by, they clearly lack the sort of professional gravitas & expertise to do the right job.
