    Someone calling himself Cole rang, offering discounts. After I hung up, got an SMS promising a discount to a figure more than I'm currently paying. Clear scam: avoid.

    I just received a call from someone claiming to be from EE, promising to lower my bill. When I asked for their credentials, they completely dodged the question. That raised a red flag for me, so I didn’t waste any more time, I hung up right away.
