   Keeps calling me re some kind of accident claim. Asked them to remove me from the database but this has been ignored.

   This company hid behind a Haywards Heath, West Sussex area dialing code but are believed to operate from Manchester. The company has already been reported to The Ministry of Justice who are responsible for regulating 'Claims Management Firms'. Telling them you don't have a claim to pursue makes absolutely no difference - if you're on their list they'll keep on calling. I now have the number blocked on my iPhone so it's all very quiet for me now (at last!)

   Continually calling my mobile, claiming to be SC Legal based in Manchester, but number showing in my caller display (01444) is area code for Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Phone calls encourage me to claim compensation following a vehicle accident. Despite telling them I have no cause to claim compensation they refuse to remove my number from their calls list. Have lodged complaint with my insurers as SC Legal seem to have access to the National Database used by Insurance Companies. Be cautious as clearly they are after my bank details to pay the so called compensation.
