This company are a pain in the rear, I have not taken up their quote for Pet insurance for my dog, because they are expensive. But they won't take no for an answers, I am bombarded with calls and mail. GO AWAY.

Got 4 weeks free from my vet with microchip. Bloke wouldn't take no for an answer. Phoning house phone and texting mobile. Suspect they called today from a withheld number Very pushy. If I want to go with Petplan I will get a quote myself.

What a crock of shit not forgetting multiple letters saying the same thing reguarding both my cats and keep calling my mobile and home phone twice a day do not go with the 4 weeks free as that's when the trouble starts

I got 4 weeks free pet insurance with my Vet, when I can afford to take it out full time I will - but now they're cold calling to try and sell me a full plan - marked them as "Pet Plan Cold Call" on my phone so i'll know not to answer it - I make my own decisions about when to buy things! :)

its pet plan, but they call you, then it rings and you get connected to an aganet, so you are on a dialer, as my calls are the same time every day.

Agressive marketing. Numerous calls. They latch on when you get a pet and your details enter a database through buying from a breeder and getting a month's free cover or when you get your animal chipped at the vets. Not one of the best animal insurances anyway and if I want insurance I will source quotes myself. This number has now been blocked on my mobile.
