I have no idea who this is or what they want as every time I answer a computer voice says "goodbye" and they habg up.

He asked if I could fetch it to see if it had expired.

This number has called me more than 20 times since 9am yesterday. When I answer there is silence, then a beep, then a computer voice saying "goodbye", then they hang up. When there is someone on the other end they claim to be from Telephone Preference Service and that my call barring has expired! This is BS.
