An Asian bloke, called John, claimed he was calling from Amazon technical dept, when I asked why, he got a bit flustered, must be new at the job, said I had made a purchase of £491, i needed to confirm card details,
was not a happy chappy when I asked him to confirm my name first as I didn't have an Amazon account. he hung up
