Often in morning or evening. even up to 3 times a day. As with all unknown numbers just slide to busy tone and never answer. Nuisance. No reason for EE to call me on unknown numbers. I only get email or SMS from them on genuine Caller ID'd numbers.

Wanted to talk about sim card options, wanted me to confirm my last top up amount to "confirm my identity", told them that they called me so it's not me that needs to confirm my identity it's them, she acted confused to this logic so I hung up.
With their logic they could have called me stating they were the bank and needed to confirm my details by asking something only I would and should know -

they told me they are from EE, but i dont trust them
Sally replied 7/30/18, 2:54 PMI too just had a sales call from this number. Female said "ee calling wanting to discuss options on my account". She was rather abrupt and after a few questions she just cut the call off. Rude!Mmm replied 5/15/19, 5:26 PMIf you check on the EE website, they are a genuine number

I didn't pick up but I knew exactly what they were calling for, this was the third time they called me in as many days. Every couple of months EE will try to get me to switch from the £10 Everything sim to something more expensive. I tell them every time that I'm not interested in changing at all but they keep calling. Most annoying thing ever- they don't take no for an answer and when I say I'm not interested they pretend they didn't hear and keep trying.
